These Terms & Conditions govern all sales made through the PitStop3DPrints online store (pitstop3dprints.com). By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Our products
We sell 3D-printed scale model cars. Every item is made to order: production begins after your purchase is confirmed. Because each model is printed individually, small variations in finish are normal and are part of the character of a 3D-printed product. Product images are representative; the final item may differ slightly.
Prices and currency
All prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and are shown before you confirm your order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.
Minimum order
A minimum order value applies depending on your destination, as shown at checkout. Orders below the applicable minimum cannot be completed.
Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider (PayPal). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability.
Production and delivery times
As our products are made to order, production starts right after purchase. Estimated production and delivery times are indicated on the product page and/or at checkout. These times are estimates and may vary. We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier or by circumstances beyond our control.
Right of withdrawal (returns)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the Italian Consumer Code. To exercise this right, contact us at pitstop3dprints@gmail.com within the 14-day period. You must return the item in its original condition; the cost of returning the goods is borne by you. Once we receive and check the returned item, we will refund the amount you paid for the product using the same payment method, within 14 days.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us at pitstop3dprints@gmail.com within a reasonable time, with photos where possible. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as provided by law, at no cost to you.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Applicable law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply in your country of residence.
Changes
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
