We want you to be happy with your PitStop3DPrints model. This page explains your right to return an item and how refunds work. It applies together with our Terms & Conditions.
Your right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo).
How to request a return
To exercise your right of withdrawal, email us at pitstop3dprints@gmail.com within the 14-day period, quoting your order number and telling us which item(s) you wish to return. We will then confirm the return address and instructions.
Condition of returned items
Returned items must be sent back in their original condition and, where possible, their original packaging. Please handle the model with care while it is in your possession. The cost of returning the goods is borne by you, unless the item was faulty or incorrect (see below).
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item and check its condition, we will refund the amount you paid for the product within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the order. Please note that the original shipping cost may not be refundable, in line with applicable consumer law.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund at no cost to you. Contact us at pitstop3dprints@gmail.com as soon as possible, ideally with photos of the item and packaging, and we will make it right.
A note on made-to-order products
Our models are printed to order, and small variations in finish are a natural characteristic of 3D printing rather than defects. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer described above.
